This hotel is absolutely amazing! The location is mind-blowing, right on the edge of a stunning lake with sailing and rowing options. The nearby train station makes it super easy to explore the city in just 30 minutes. Plus,...  

Althought ıt is said on the reservation form"Spacious suite offering separate living/sleeping areas and private balcony,for two persons", no separate room was available, it was only a large standard room...

Everything was fantastic.

We had a lovely time at Hotel am Havelufer, local walks to the castles and town centre; also an action packed day trip to Berlin. The advantage was coming back to peace and quiet next to the river.The staff were most helpful.

With the long daylight and sunshine the strip-curtains let in a lot of light.

The room at Vienna House by Wyndham Havelufer Potsdam was cozy and inviting, with a comfortable seating area where I could unwind after a day of exploring. It made me feel relaxed and at home.

Personally, I found the lighting in the room a bit dim, but others might still enjoy the cozy atmosphere it creates.

This hotel is in a great location, just outside the city center. It's situated by a beautiful lake with walking paths nearby, perfect for enjoying the nature reserve. I also loved that there was an Italian restaurant just a short walk away, serving delicious dishes at a reasonable price. The staff here were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. Plus, I appreciated the convenience of the nearby train station, which allowed me to easily travel to and from central Berlin.

All in all, I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Hotel Staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful. Free Wi-fi internet throughout the hotel. Very nice decor and close proximity to the train station.

Breakfast was way too expensive (15 euro/day) and parking was expensive as well (10 euro/day)

The bed was comfortable, the lift was fast, the reception staff were friendly and helpful, it is quiet and close to public transport.

I was disappointed that there were no in-room tea/coffee-making facilities. I did not take buffet breakfast in the hotel because I thought a 15 euro charge per person quite excessive. I did not like the greedy cancellation policy.

This hotel is situated in a serene location with lots of walking paths near a river and lake. The staff was accommodating, and the breakfast was delightful. The hotel has excellent transportation links to this city.
